In this English-Lunch we all shared some of the things that help to make us feel better.
- Board games / Card games (Siedler von Catan, Monopoly, Skyjo, ….)
- People saying “thank you” or random and unexpected acts of kindness or helping someone
- Seeing someone smiling at you
- Laughing (also with someone) and/or just having fun
- A good movie or a good book
- Working outside and doing stuff in the garden… or even just watching the birds in the garden!
