What makes you feel good? …continued!

Is there something you like to do to cheer yourself up? Listen to your favourite playlist maybe? … how about some chocolate?

In this English-Lunch we all shared some of the things that help to make us feel better.

  • Board games / Card games (Siedler von Catan, Monopoly, Skyjo, ….)
  • People saying “thank you” or random and unexpected acts of kindness or helping someone
  • Seeing someone smiling at you
  • Laughing (also with someone) and/or just having fun

  • A good movie or a good book

  • Working outside and doing stuff in the garden… or even just watching the birds in the garden!
