What makes you feel good?

Is there something you like to do to cheer yourself up? Listen to your favourite playlist maybe? … how about some chocolate?

In this English-Lunch we all shared some of the things that help to make us feel better.

  • A good night’s sleep! – Especially good if it’s in a freshly made bed…
  • Feeling the sun on your face
  • The smell of sun cream or after sun lotion
  • The smell of fresh coffee
  • You favourite music / playlist – different kinds and at different times (Abba, Rock, Motown, classics, Schlager!, …)
  • Dancing (some of us like to do this on their own!)
