Is there something you like to do to cheer yourself up? Listen to your favourite playlist maybe? … how about some chocolate?
In this English-Lunch we all shared some of the things that help to make us feel better.
- A good night’s sleep! – Especially good if it’s in a freshly made bed…
- Feeling the sun on your face
- The smell of sun cream or after sun lotion
- The smell of fresh coffee
- You favourite music / playlist – different kinds and at different times (Abba, Rock, Motown, classics, Schlager!, …)
- Dancing (some of us like to do this on their own!)
