ELunch 25.01 – Some book recommendations

Today we chatted about some of the books we like or are reading right now (even though the voting for our greatest Britain is still not quite done and we could still do with a few more votes!) – we exchanged recommendations and gave short introductions.

Frances Hodgsen Burnett: The Secret Garden – a great book either for you or to read to your children
Sue Black: Written in Bone – Dame Prof. Sue Black tells about her work as a phorensic anthropologist

Ian Mortimer: The time travellers guide to regency britain – All about Britain between 1770 and 1830
David Quantick: Ricky’s Hand – what would you do if you woke up with somebody elses hand? (Novel)
Phil Stutz / Barry Michels: The tools – “5 Life-Changing Techniques to Unlock Your Potential”
“Stutz” is also a film available on Netflix – really worth watchin!g!
Robert Harris: Fatherland, Pompeji, V2 are all great reads!
