Over the coming few months we will be taking a collective closer look at British culture and society!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This week I explained the details of how we will be choosing who our greatest Briton is, whilst at the same time making my first nomination – the British naturalist and founder of the theory of evolution, Charles Darwin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you would like to make a nomination for your greatest Briton all you need to do is join the discussion at the next English-Lunch – which we be on 09.11 – and tell us who you have chosen, explain why you think that person is\/was the greatest Briton and then we will all have a chat about your nomination. Or you can just make your nomination and tell us why at a later English-Lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
